Broadbeach Snatch Minor Premiership

Broadbeach United have taken out the Gold Coast Premier League minor premiership after coming back from a goal down to defeat Merrimac 3-1.

The side snatched the title off previous ladder leaders Southport, who lost to Tweed Valley 2-1, and now look to sealing their third straight grand final.

Broadbeach United and Merrimac and Southport and Tweed Valley will face off in the semi-finals over the next two weekends, with the two winners progressing to the grand final on September 10.
