Broadbeach vs Woombye

Broadbeach take on their Sunshine Coast rivals Woombye in what has become an annual pre-season event for the two clubs.

The match will be Broady's last hit-out before the competitive season kicks off on 10 March at home against Coomera.

Both Broadbeach and Woombye have been high flyers in their respective competitions in previous years, making the two-coast rivalry even greater.

Supremacy of the ‘coasts’ comes with prestigious bragging rights, with a bit of fun thrown in.

Broady will put up the Two-Coast Cup, which takes pride of place in the Broadbeach trophy cabinet and from all accounts the boys won't let this leave the premises without a fight.

Match times for Saturday 25 February are 1pm Youth, 3pm Reserve Grade and 5pm for Premiers. We hope to see all our supporters down at the club in their yellow and blue supporting our teams.
